South African model and philanthropist Candice Swanepoel has offered her support to HIV charity mothers2mothers.

Swanepoel recently visited the charity in Cape Town, and said 'I've been a long-time supporter of this amazing charity that champions women's empowerment and employs HIV-positive women as health workers across eight African countries. These “Mentor Mothers” are extremely inspiring and help women ensure their babies are born HIV-free, and help whole families to be healthy and happy'.
